One expense per line: the date the shortcut stamps, a comma, then exactly what you typed — amount and description in either order. A #tag forces the category; otherwise it is picked from the keyword rules in Settings.

Dates as yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm. The older four-column form date,amount,category,note also works. Importing replaces what is shown here; the CSV on your phone stays the source of truth.
